The Agape Knitters meet each Thursday Morning from 9:30AM - 11:30AM in the West Room.
The Knitters begin with prayer and a short devotional. As they knit, crochet, talk and laugh, they create hats, scarves, prayer shawls, toys, blankets, washcloths and more. The Help Center, District Attorney's Office, Rainbow Room, Athens Hematology and Oncology Center and many other local caregivers are recipients of these handmade crafts.
For more than 9 years, this loving ministry has been sharing their skills and enjoying their craft in our community. New yarn donations are always welcome.
